Feature Sheets used to be a pamphlet on your counter with a few simple pictures and a write up that buyers could take with them.  Typically these sheets were not picked up at all or disposed of after leaving your home.  At One House we believe there is a better way to present your home and a more environmentally responsible way as well!  Our upcycled Feature Sheets (created using wood that has been disposed of in new communities) provide the buyer with a digital feature sheet directly to their phone or tablet.  When scanned, the buyer is taken directly to your properties personal website designed specifically for your home. This website showcases all the great features of your home, the photos, and a specific section showcasing your community (because we're not just selling your home, we're selling them a lifestyle as well). Once the home has sold the feature sheet can be added to your compost bin! No more paper waste.

The world of real estate has changed, and so have the rules that go along with it.

Not long ago a home could be listed by using the measurements off of a previous listing or a builder plan to provide information on size. That’s just not an acceptable practice anymore. In today's Real Estate industry professional measurements to the Residential Measurement Standard (RMS) are considered a required document, the same as a Real Property Report (RPR) is. It is required to ensure that the size of your home is truthfully presented. In the worst cases, misrepresentation can result in lawsuits and headaches for everyone involved in the sale. Furthermore, it shouldn’t come as any surprise that there is a hard dollar value in the square footage of your home! Selling your home can be stressful, don't add to that stress by listing without knowing for certain that you have taken the proper measures (No pun intended!)
